3.2 Integrating strategy and culture
For refreshing breeze spa it’s important to have an identity, this identity is given by the culture. The culture is rather informal, employees are encourage to provide new ideas or feedback with in the system, there is empowerment along the hierarchical levels, every morning when the employees are given the daily timetable they are free to switch between them, they have the freedom to do personal activities if there are no services required, encouraging them to be responsible and feel part of the organization.
To define some values and principles of refreshing breeze spa it’s important to outstand that values are fundamental beliefs and principles are the guidelines to how should people behave, and that the strengths of our organization are going to be built from these core values. All employees must follow these values; employees should feel characterized by these values.

- Team work, we must work as a team to achieve success and accomplish all of the objectives, we are all part of the organization and we are all important to it.

Rites and rituals:
As a ritual every month there will be a employee of the month, which is the most outstand employee that had the best attitude towards work and the more good reviews from all, this employee will be given a pin and will be posted on the web site as employee of the month, during the last days of the month there will be a group meeting where the general manager will be talking about what was done during the month and what must be improved and how would it be improved, it will be listening feedback from the employees and additionally the employee of the month will be announced, this employee will be given a lunch coupon for him/her family and it self in one restaurant.
We will be preforming a set of activities in order to consolidate various forms of cultural expressions additional to this one, those employees that stay with us for more than 1 year will receive a pin for their compromise with the organization, this for every year, and every 5 years they will receive a vacation all pay for 1 week.

- We will also be symbolized by our good presentation and good service.
- The language that will be used between employees and the manner in which members of the organization will communicate will be respectful and appropriate.
- In the organization we belief that every working day is precious and so it must not be taken for granted and everything must be done in the right way.
As its seen our logo has leafs, and our web page too, which represents tranquility and pureness, nature and refreshment.
