3.7 RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The research and development activities that are performed in the companies to achieve succeed for survival, through a strategy of product development.
To take the research and development in a company there are two ways to do this, one is internal research and development, or is the second way is to hire an agency to do this process. Our company adopted the first form, this involves creating a special "department" to take care of the whole process of research and product development or service will improve this wont be possible at the beginning so for now the general coordinator will be incharge of the research and with the general manager the development section will be done, for now.
This strategy was developed to assess the domestic and foreign competition and growth of how the national economy is in, it analyzes changes in consumer wants and needs and adopt new technologies; This will be done in order to continuously create new products that adapt to changes in the environment to have a comprehensive approach to increase the profits of the company, this will be done when the company starts formally working. For now only the competition will be evaluated.
Research will be conducted in order to increase customers and plans to do so first by surveys satisfaction of customers that we address, from which it will be seen in aspects should improve and develop a plan to implement new products or the solutions to which arrives considering the level of customer satisfaction with the service.
In research and development should establish functions to successfully carry out the strategy, new products are developed first, then the product quality is improved and finally the manufacturing process is improved to reduce costs; considering that our company provides a service does not revolve around the product but massage techniques that apply to satisfy customers.
