3.1 The Resource-Based View (RBV)
Physical Resources:
As our company will offer an express service, which means that the service will be delivered in a place where it best suits the customers needs or wants, there will not be a physical plant, instead, there will be a branch office where the employees must go for every working day to collect the gear and materials they’ll be using during the day and the timetable for that day depending on the bookings previously done.
The equipment they will be receiving will be as followed: a portable massage bed, the lotions and creams used for each massage, towels, infra-red appliances, vibrator appliances, other appliances, among others. This office will be located in the northern of Bogota, the highest technology for every appliance will be used, these appliances will be mainly purchased by a Korean and Chinese distributor (Patrocinadores de Ssirum Corea) which produces jade and infrared appliances (CERAGEM) in Colombia, the internet will be also one of our main technological tool where all the bookings will be done.
The moisturizers will be acquired from natural based extracts (Feellan) we will be buying these from USA; we will be offering our customers an ecological alternative, which we will be certify no contraindications.
Human Resources:
We will start with 6 employees which will be selected by the general manager that must accomplish certain aspects in able to fit with the profile needed, for example a degree or a technical course in any area involved with physiotherapy or related.
Every 3 months there will be a training session for every employee, updating him or her with new techniques and helping them learn more about how to improve and satisfy the customer, these training sessions wont be only about types of massages and new techniques but also customer service. These training sessions will be of two types, practical, where they will be emphasizing on techniques of massages and related services, and service related, where they are going to learn how to treat the customer and satisfy their needs in an optimum and ethical way.
Employees don’t need to have a wide experience but if they do have it will be better, still they will be trained in such a way that they can accomplish what we expect from them and what to the customers themselves expect.
Employees knowledge, skills and abilities can include, preparation based on technology skills and the appropriate use of it for the different appliances, service oriented thinking, professionalism, responsibility, fast responses, leadership and listening ability, they must be able to know how to ride a motorcycle if possible, they must should know what are the appropriate proportions of each supply material that must be used for every massage.

Refreshing Breeze Express Spa main structure is a hierarchical level structure of 3 main levels; our firm has only three main levels with the purpose of saving times leading resulting work efficiency. On the top level is the general manager, on the second level a general coordinator and on the third level the employees.
This way functions can be declared so that it can be exercised a higher control of functions and allow the industry to performance even better and hence resources can be fully exploited.

The databases are very important for us in our industry, when a booking is done we will be able to Access to a clients data and see what are their main preferences and this way we can approach them with offers and specials promos to make them happy and add value.
