Providing customer service:
To provide a good customer service every 3 months there will be a training session for every employee, updating him or her with new techniques and helping them learn more about how to improve and satisfy the customer, what they can do better or they should stop doing. These training sessions will be of two types, practical where they will be emphasizing on techniques of massages and related services, and service related, where they are going to learn how to treat the customer and satisfy their needs in an optimum and ethical way.
When a customer books more than 2 massages per month the general coordinator will be doing a telephone marketing evaluation, where the clients level of satisfaction can be measured, some questions will be asked in a way that they can be measured and tabulated, assuring that the employees are being efficient and we are accomplishing their needs and our mission, to be able and improve if not. This will be a form of evaluation and control. In the web page customers can also right any complaints or reviews about their service, this will help us improve our firm.
